Professional Headshots
What you wear, how you are posed and your facial expression will drive people to connect with you. They will decide to do business with you, and this is something we help you with when you hire us for your headshot. We can come to your office or we can go on-site for the session. Our Process…
Our process is the same. We will contact you to confirm your appointment and get a better understanding of the property and your goals. This allows us to provide any consultation as to services or offerings that may be better suited. For instance, a property that may have clutter in two or three rooms, but is on the gulf may benefit from decluttering. After consulting and confirming with you, we do our own back-office processes. Once we arrive onsite we assess the outside of the property and do a walkthrough of the inside of the property. We make any minor adjustments to ensure the property is highlighting its best features. Then we proceed with our photography routine. This general process is the same with every listing.
What you provide…
We provide a prep checklist. All we ask is for you to pass it along to your clients, so the property is ready to be photographed when we arrive onsite. The checklist is available in the realtor resources in the menu, but for convenience’s sake, we have provided the PHOTOSHOOT PREP LIST here.
